With a variety of spaces including board and meeting and training rooms, hot desks for short- or long-term use, office facilities and a commercial kitchen, this is an accessible facility available to the community. There is also wall space set up for art exhibitions.
Complemented by state-of-the-art high-speed free Wi-Fi, white boards, LCD TVs and HDMI connectivity, our Facilities are ideal for interviews, video conferences, client meetings, training & workshops, team meetings, and board meetings.

Theatre

Conference Room and Gallery
Red Tree Theatre offers a comfortable and versatile conference space suitable for meetings, training sessions, presentations, workshops, and community events. Equipped with modern audiovisual capabilities, the space can be configured in a theatre-style layout for up to 60 attendees or a classroom-style setup for 30–40 participants.
All conference bookings include access to our welcoming foyer area and a self-serve tea and coffee station, providing a relaxed environment for networking and break times. For catered events, our fully equipped commercial kitchen can be added to your booking.
Adding to the unique atmosphere of the venue, our walls are often adorned with exhibitions from talented local artists, creating an inspiring and inviting environment unlike a traditional conference room. Commercial Kitchen
Our fully equipped commercial kitchen is available for hire and is ideal for catering events, community functions, workshops, rehearsals, and productions. The kitchen features two large ovens, a commercial refrigerator, freezer, extensive cooking equipment and utensils, slow cookers, soup warmers, and electric frypans to support a wide range of catering needs.
With crockery and cutlery available for up to 100 diners, the Red Tree Kitchen is well suited to everything from intimate gatherings to larger functions. Whether you're preparing light refreshments, a buffet meal, or a full dining experience, you'll find the facilities and equipment you need to cater with confidence.Rehearsal Space
Our new air-conditioned rehearsal space is perfect for small plays, workshops, classes, and craft events. The private space is available at any time, even if there's a performance happening in the building. The spaciousness and privacy make it a versatile and comfortable space to create and rehearse. This space has carpet and no mirrors.
Board Room
Discover the perfect meeting space for your team of up to 12 people! Our cozy, carpeted meeting room boasts top-notch amenities that will make your meeting both productive and comfortable.
With 12 comfortable chairs, high-speed WiFi, a wall-mounted whiteboard, and screen, you'll have everything you need to make your presentation a success. Plus, with complimentary tea and coffee, you and your colleagues can stay energised and focused throughout the day.
