Yes. Row A is our accessible row and we set aside some seats specifically for patrons with accessibility needs.

We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to transfer your ticket value to another performance.

We offer one complimentary exchange per booking.
Any additional exchanges are $5 per ticket.

Our foyer opens one hour before showtime, and the theatre doors open 15–20 minutes before the performance begins.

Please note: no outside food or drink is permitted in the theatre.

There’s no official dress code at Red Tree Theatre. Most patrons opt for smart casual, though some may enjoy dressing up for a night at the theatre. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your visit, so please wear whatever makes you feel good—just ensure your clothing and footwear are appropriate for a shared public space. Shoes are required at all times, and clothing with offensive slogans or imagery is not permitted. The theatre can be cool, so we recommend bringing a jacket or wearing layers.
